Step 1 – Zoom Consultation: During this scheduled interview, we will discuss your tax situation including information about your sources of income, deductions, credits, and anything else that may affect your taxes. By the end of the meeting, you will have a quote for services.
Step 2 – Engagement & Portal Invitation: You will receive an Engagement letter that outlines the services, fees and payment schedule for your return. Once signed, you will receive instructions for accessing the secure portal where documents and information are shared throughout the preparation process.
Step 3 – Questionnaire and Document Sharing: Your Portal will contain a questionnaire so you can provide the additional information required to prepare your tax return and ensure that all the necessary information is included. The questionnaire also helps us provide a list of required documents to upload. Once ALL questions and supporting documents been uploaded, preparation of your return(s) can begin.
Step 4 – Zoom Review, Sign & File (okay, and pay): Once your tax return is prepared, we will review each form and line together - so you (and your spouse) will know exactly what it contains and that you are getting the maximum refund/minimum payment (legally!) possible. After you approve and sign the return, we will process the final payment, and e-File on your behalf.
